CPR training
This course is intended to give individuals a basic understanding of how to administer CPR. You will learn adult CPR procedures, how to treat an unconscious victim and what to do for conscious or unconscious choking victims. There is no charge for the class, but you may choose obtain a Red Cross Certification card ($5.50 Red Cross processing fee).

Laboratory safety training
"Laboratory chemical safety training discusses general lab safety principals and chemical hygiene. This includes the storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals, the personal protective equipment used for handling these materials, and some general information regarding several specific chemicals. The session includes information about specific biological agents, autoclave procedures, biological waste disposal, and emergency response procedures for accidents, fires, and chemical spills. Anyone working with hazardous chemicals in a laboratory setting must receive this training prior to reporting to work."
