Green Product or Service Evaluation Request

EHS can review and evaluate green products or services for you in order to substantiate green claims and determine whether or not these products and services are a good fit for your specific needs. Please complete the form below and submit to get started.

Please list the products or services that you would like to have evaluated.  Include the product name and the manufacturer.  For services please make sure to include the name of the company providing the service and a website if available or other contact information.
If a product or service is to be replaced, please provide information about the product or service that you currently use.
